The EDS Team
Founder & CEO
Andrew Pollack brings an interdisciplinary approach to the fight against cancer. In his early days, Andy studied engineering at the University of Maryland and taught computer-aided design at Goddard Space Center. Intrigued by the opportunities arising in the healthcare field at the time, Andy moved on to start Antek Healthware, a medical software company specializing in Laboratory Information Systems that became a pioneer in the early days of electronic healthcare technology. Antek grew to international fame with clients such as the Mayo Clinic and Duke University’s HIV research clinics in Africa.
Andy retired from Antek Healthware in 2007 and kept himself busy by studying Data Science at Georgetown University. When his sister Eileen was diagnosed with cancer in 2014, Andy came out of retirement to help her fight her battle. Armed with over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field and the latest innovations in data science, including working with tens of thousands of medical professionals, many of which were involved in clinical trials and studies, Andy leveraged an interdisciplinary approach to develop the OncoSC Breast Support supplement protocol to fight cancer.
Andrew is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides there with his family.
